Shipping Policy

Our current processing times are 2-3 business days for custom labels, standard label packs and 3-4 business days for any custom product. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

We are currently unable to guarantee delivery dates, please refer to the Australia Post website for up to date information from them. It seems letter mail is currently slower than parcels.

We ask for your patience, kindness and understanding during this time.


Delivery timeframes for each option vary according to the state you’re located in. Please refer to the estimates below based on AUSTRALIA POST (AusPost).


If you would like your order to arrive sooner, Express Post is available and is an option once you reach checkout. Express Post is purely the AusPost delivery time, our normal processing time still applies.

* Normally you will receive your order within 4-7 business days, times quoted are an indication only and are dependent on Australia Post's delivery network.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking number(s) if applicable.


Our products can be shipped to United States, Canada, Hong Kong and New Zealand via Australia Post. The delivery time will vary depending on the country of destination, however it is usually within 3-4 weeks, but may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing times.


Please note for standard post, we can only ship to residential address. If you have provided a locker address, we will contact you for the alternative address.

We will not be held responsible for any shipment delays if the entered address is incorrect. If your order is not able to be delivered due to the wrong address AusPost will (eventually) return to us. Postage costs will then have to be paid again to re-send and an additional invoice will be issued.
