Refund policy

Faulty products

If you are not satisfied with your product, or your products are faulty, please contact us at savannah@pantryenvy.com.au to arrange either a refund or exchange.

Products must be returned to us within 60 days in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Personalised name labels, pantry labels, personalised items and digital templates are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping of return items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order is a custom sticker order, please check your final proof before getting in touch. If the error is apparent on the final proof and it was approved, our returns policy does not apply.

If any of the below happens and it was incorrect on the final proof you approved Pantry Envy are not liable.

Incorrect size, shape or material
Spelling, or grammar mistakes.
